There he experienced that the spice was not only used in the kitchen, but had also found its way into the bar scene there. From that point on, Daniel Soumikh worked on the implementation of his Tonka Gin for almost two years. With great support from some bartenders and a competent distillery, he was able to present the first finished bottles on September 26, 2014 with great joy.
