France

Two simple yet refined serves:

Botanicals:
Wacholder, Zitronen & Zitronenschalen, Melone, Orangenschalen, Yuzuschalen, Iriswurzel, Mandeln, Fenchel, Sternanis, Kardamom, Muskatnuss, Veilchen, Koriander, Kubebenpfeffer, Kassia, Lakritz, Bohnenkraut, Sezuanpfeffer, Engelwurz, Kumin, Zimt.

Epicureans Spirit

Etsu is one of the top Nippon gins on the market. Etsu means ‘pleasure’ in Japanese.

This gin is made by the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido to an ancient Asian recipe that requires various herbs, spices and citrus fruits, some of which can only be found in Asia (berries, pepper, citrus).

What makes our very floral Etsu special is the lingering notes of orange peel and yuzu, a yellow citrus fruit very popular in Asia.

Tasting Notes
Appearance: Clear, transparent.
Nose: Floral and vegetal, with pronounced citrus and yuzu notes.
Palate: Fresh and well-balanced with pepper notes and a touch of liquorice.
Finish: Rounded, supple, silky.

The haute Couture Gin crafted in France

Tasty, fruity and floral, rich in the image of a miraculous picking, this "distilled gin“ seduces both amateurs and new consumers of exceptional brandies. Fresh & Aromatic: The floral side is the expression of infusions of jasmine and elder flowers. The hesperidated notes of lemon and pink grapefruit give to the Generous Original gin a freshness that combines perfectly in a Gin & Tonic, "On the rocks" or even associated with oysters. The distillate of red pepper gives the product a very nice aromatic length that assembles spices, citrus fruits and white flowers.

LOOK: Light and Shinny Texture

NOSE: Subtle and floral. Dominant base of juniper, softened by white flowers (elderberry, jasmine).

TASTE: Explosive and fruity with hints of citrus (mandarin, lemon), on a beautiful base of juniper.

The Black Lemon : a unique smoky and complex taste :

YU GIN Black Lemon : dark, warm and sophisticated :
The taste profile of Yu gin black lemon is rich & spicy but still with the iconic freshness of the yuzu. The recipe is a distilled maceration of juniper, black lemon, yuzu, lemon, ginger, cardamom, coriander and caraway.
46%vol. Distilled gin.
Botanicals : Juniper berries, Yuzu, Black lemon, Lemon, Ginger, Coriander seeds, Cardamom seeds, Caraway.
