Based on Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin, the award-winning Kabinett Riesling from the VDP Weingut Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken from the steep slate slopes of the Große Lage Saarburger Rausch and highly aromatic pear quinces from their own orchards is combined into a unique product from the Saar region. The quince is one of the oldest representatives of fruit growing and forms the basis of our regional homage to British “Sloe Gin”.
