Starting from different macerations, they are distilled in two very different stills. On the one hand we have one modified to extract the spirit of a traditional amaro and on the other the more classic botanicals of gin, juniper, chamomile, licorice, coriander, cedar, cinnamon, orange peel and grain alcohol. After the distillation of these two musts, a homogeneous mixture of both distillates is obtained, left to rest for 20 days, brought to an alcohol content of 43º and then simply filtered.
Botanicals: Juniper, coriander, cedarwood, chamomile, liquorice, cinnamon, orange peel and the 35 botanicals that make up a traditional amaro.
This makes it a unique gin, characterized by its herbaceous and spicy style with unique characteristics.
