Restinga is a “Mar del Plata” Premium gin, London Dry Gin style. Its handcraft alcohol is a result of the fermentation of barley malt. Its ingredients were sought in the surrounding areas, especially near the Sierra de los Padres where the lands make excellent botanical natural crops.&nbsp;
Juniper and floral on the nose, with notes of pepper, lemon peel, pink grapefruit, red grapefruit and kinoto. The aroma has a coastal hint where citrus fruits predominate. Aromatic flavors come to life in the mouth, and juniper notes are complemented by a hint of bay leaf and cardamom. This combination delivers an elegant fresh taste experience that is rounded off by a light touch of sea salt.&nbsp;
The 9 Botanicals that the London Dry contains are finely selected, many already extracted from the own botanical park: Patagonian Juniper, Cardamom, Lemon, Pink Ponelo, Ruby Grapefruit, Basil, Laurel, Kinoto, Allspice.

Der Príncipe de los Apóstoles Mate Gin ist die Kreation des wohl bekanntesten Mixologen Argentiniens, Renato "Tato" Giovannoni, Eigentümer und Barchef der Bar Florería Atlantico in Buenos Aires, welche &nbsp;zuletzt 2019 als drittbeste Bar der Welt gewählt wurde. Mit dem Gin hat er vor wenigen Jahren seinen Lebenstraum umgesetzt und eine Hommage an das argentinischste aller Getränke - den Mate-Tee - erschaffen.
Hergestellt wird der Príncipe de los Apóstoles Mate Gin durch Destillation einzeln mazerierter Lösungen mit Wacholderbeeren, frischen Mate-Blättern, Eukalyptus, Peperina (eine nur in Argentinien endemische Pflanze, die aromatisch an Minze erinnert), Koriandersamen und der Schale der Pink-Grapefruit in einer kleinen, 200l-Kupfer-Brennblase im argentinischen Hochland, wo er nach einer Ruhephase auch in einzeln nummerierte Flaschen abgefüllt wird. 

Geschmack:
Unvergleichlich frisch und mild.
Die Kombination der typischen Aromen des argentinischen Nordens von Mate, Eukalyptus, Peperina (eine nur in Argentinien endemische Art, welche unserer Minze ähnlich ist) und der Pink Grapefruit mit Wacholderbeeren und Koriandersamen als klassische Gin-Komponenten, garantiert eine aufregende, sommerliche Komposition, bei der frische, würzige und süße Komponenten harmonisch ineinandergreifen.
Im Mundegefühl ist der Gin so samtig weich, so dass er auch pur ein echter Genuss ist. Zunächst erinnert der Einfluss von Peperina und Eukalyptus an die beliebten Minz-Schokoladentäfelchen bevor mit der Geschmack durch süß-fruchtige Komponenten und die herbe Mate deutlich an Tiefgang gewinnt.
 
Empfehlung:
Den ersten Schluck auf jeden Fall pur probieren! Dann erfrischend als Gin&amp;Tonic mit einem milden Tonic Wasser und einem kleinen Stück Grapefruit Zeste als Garnierung - für den aromatischen Kick, die Zeste einmal über dem Glas kurz ausdrücken. Malaria Gin invites you to take a trip back in time. It was 1840 when the troops of the military campaigns in the East Indies were stricken by malaria. To combat this disease, soldiers resorted to quinine powder which, because of its bitterness, was combined with water and sugar in order to be consumed. But this potion needed a special ingredient to improve its flavor and give it more value to the troops: the gin. That was the origin of our current and beloved Gin Tonic. Malaria Gin pays tribute to the magic of blending ingredients to achieve history-making results.
