Handcrafted “Cold compound” Gin Produced from high-quality grain, spring waters, and a little bit of Italian magic. It is double-filtered, creating smooth, clean beverage.
After the distillation process is complete, the spirit is poured into a container and cold infusion is performed with eleven botanicals: licorice roots, juniper berries, peel of lemon and orange, cloves, cinnamon, ginger roots, pimento berries, horseradish, anise seeds and pink pepper. This refinement gives the gin a bigger, fuller flavour and maxes the texture even more pleasurable.
The smelling is both spicy and citric, with a nice balance of licorice, ginger and juniper.
The mouthfeel is dry with an unusual and persisting exotic spicy flavour given by ginger and pink pepper. Dry finishes with a citrus note.
