Handcrafted “Cold compound” Gin Produced from high-quality grain, spring waters, and a little bit of Italian magic. It is double-filtered, creating smooth, clean beverage. 
After the distillation process is complete, the spirit is poured into a container and cold infusion is performed with eleven botanicals: licorice roots, juniper berries, peel of lemon and orange, cloves, cinnamon, ginger roots, pimento berries, horseradish, anise seeds and pink pepper. This refinement gives the gin a bigger, fuller flavour and maxes the texture even more pleasurable.

The smelling is both spicy and citric, with a nice balance of licorice, ginger and juniper.

The mouthfeel is dry with an unusual and persisting exotic spicy flavour given by ginger and pink pepper. Dry finishes with a citrus note.

Big Gino Gin is produced from the best cereals and spring waters. It takes two processes of distillation and during the final one a part of the distillate is put into a steel barrel for a cold infusion final refinement with juniper berries, pimento berries and Pomelo peel.
Big Gino is clean with strong juniper smelling, a backdrop of creamy meringue sweetness and a light citrusy edge. 
Very dry, juniper-led palate an oily mouthfeel and notes of tobacco, anis and clove. 
The finish is long with powerful herbal notes and a touch of sweet.

Taste Gin 43 has a delicate herbaceous but persistent and citrusy flavor; sweetness given by the mixture of Dill, Fennel, Liquorice & Anise. A note of bitterness is given by the maceration of the Imperatoria, Gentian, Aromatic Calamo, Wormwood and the essential Juniper. A final note is from Angelica seeds and roots; to leave at the end a fresh taste from the mix between Thyme, Melissa, Sage and Mint.

Aftertaste Gin 43 releases a persistent bitter aftertaste given by the strength of the wormwood, Imperatoria and Juniper.

Smell: Notes emphasize of Juniper, a scent of violet from Iris, Light lavender and citrus, herbaceous characterized by the combination between Coriander and Angelica, ending with a fresh mint scent.

Richtet man en Blick von Tramin in Südtirol aus nach Osten, ragen die wei0en Flanken des Weisshorns in der Frühlingssonne empor. Von diesen Hängen stammen die Zirbenzapfen, welch nach drei Jahren den idealen Reifegrad erreichen und im Sommer in mühsamer Handarbeit gepflückt werden. Frische Limettennuancen, sowie eine Vielzahl von alpinen und mediterranen Kräutern und Blüten aus dem Voralpenraum ergänzen den mentholigen, frischen Zirbengeschmack und ergeben einen innovativen Destilled Dry Gin.
