The Windspiel Premium Dry Gin Art Edition Pistacchio joins previous products from our distillery. So we have our classic gin, among other things. complemented by the noble, slightly bitter Windspiel Premium Dry Caxambu Coffee Gin and the exotic, spicy Windspiel Premium Dry Kampot Pepper Gin. In both cases, special ingredients meet our basic alcohol, which is obtained from potatoes from the Vulkaneifel. The latest highlight of our distillery also takes up this principle. We won a fine pistachio distillate for the special edition Windspiel Pistacchio Gin and distilled it with our gin. This extraordinary combination pays homage to summer, sun, sea and the irresistible aroma of pistachio ice cream.

The Windspiel Premium Dry Gin Art Edition Pistacchio, produced with great attention to detail, impressively demonstrates that with gin from Germany not only the usual herbs, spices and fruits go well with the juniper berries. The idea of integrating light green pistachios came to the wind chimes makers together with the artist Juliane Golbs. The almond-like stone fruit joins the other botanicals and gives the promising novelty a nutty and sweet overtone. The high-quality German gin seduces with its aroma and taste with pistachio. In addition, there is a subtle undertone of citrus fruits. Something flowery rounds off the drinking experience together with a spicy overtone and a hint of salt.
