Like “Champagne”, the name “Kampot Pepper” is a protected designation of origin, limited to the growing area in Cambodia.

The pepper is grown by small farmers, without pesticides and at fair wages. The fusion of all proven Windspiel ingredients with the additional botanical pepper surprises with a fine, spicy aroma that perfectly underlines the juniper note.
