AQVALVCE dry gin is produced in two old cupper stills 100 liters size each, and from 12 different botanicals, where Juniper, Cumin, Hop, Laurel, Caraway, Coriander are the more preeminent. It improves its flavors and aromas with the time, thanks to the right recipe which has taken two years of development and thanks to the freshness of the botanicals which are distilled after 15 days of infusion. The cold distillation of Cumin, Hop and Laurel gives and ecletic yet smooth touch enhanced by natural spring water. On the nose there’s a first feeling of piney juniper then the balsamic aromas become more evident. In the mouth its texture evolves from juniper to a crispness nicely balanced by a soft bitterness.

Kapriol Dry Gin has a fresh, balsamic bouquet of forest mountains, reminiscent of juniper and mint with a note of pine and bay leaves. The aroma is smooth and enduring whilst the herbs are balanced by the hops’ bitterness. 

Kapriol Dry Gin is free of sugar, thus creating a dry aromatic ﬂavour. The absence of citrus fruits makes it easy to mix. 

In our opinion it goes well with lime and grapefruit, and results in a smooth, dry gin and tonic, extremely refreshing and satisfying, with a gentle bitterness.

Kapriol Gin Grapefruit & Hibiscus is based on the original 1948 recipe of the Kapriol Dry Gin. 

In order to indulge our palates we choose only the finest Pink Grapefruit and Hibiscus from south of Italy. The botanicals are first infused in the finest wheat based alcohol, and then distilled in our historical pot stills from 1947, built by artisan Antonio Padovan.
Both the smell and the palate are almost taken into a trip amongst italian finest and most beautiful countrysides. The contrast of the bitternes and sweet, given by the grapefruit combined with the extreme elegancy of Hibiscus enriches the organoleptic experience.

Kapriol Gin Blood Orange & Bergamot is based on the original 1948 recipe of the Kapriol Dry Gin. In order to indulge our palates we choose only the best Blood Orange and Peaches from Sicily and Emilia Romagna. The botanicals are first infused in the finest wheat based alcohol, and then distilled in our historical pot stills from 1947, built by artisan Antonio Padovan.

Both the smell and the palate are almost taken into a trip amongst italian finest and most beautiful orchards in the mediterranean sea!

Kapriol Sloe Gin has a fresh and fruity bouquet of booming forest mountains. The aroma is smooth and enduring whilst the sloeberry is balanced by the hops’ bitterness. 

Kapriol Sloe Gin has got a very little percentage of sugar, thus creating a tasty and aromatic flavour. The absence of citrus fruits makes it easy to mix. In our opinion it goes well with lime and grapefruit, and results in refreshing cocktails such as: Sloe Royal or mixed with a quality soda lemonade.

Taste Gin 43 has a delicate herbaceous but persistent and citrusy flavor; sweetness given by the mixture of Dill, Fennel, Liquorice & Anise. A note of bitterness is given by the maceration of the Imperatoria, Gentian, Aromatic Calamo, Wormwood and the essential Juniper. A final note is from Angelica seeds and roots; to leave at the end a fresh taste from the mix between Thyme, Melissa, Sage and Mint.

Aftertaste Gin 43 releases a persistent bitter aftertaste given by the strength of the wormwood, Imperatoria and Juniper.

Smell: Notes emphasize of Juniper, a scent of violet from Iris, Light lavender and citrus, herbaceous characterized by the combination between Coriander and Angelica, ending with a fresh mint scent.
