The first distillate with aromatic blackcurrant buds, tonka beans, thyme and juniper matured for 4 months. 

In the second round, the same amount of juniper, tonka bean 

and blackcurrants. Additionally blended with a Hand-Buddhas macerate, which matured in parallel for 6 months, distilled again and matured for a further 3 months.

Dry Bene Gin geht zu dem, was Gin ursprünglich einmal war: ein klares Destillat im Vordergrund der Wacholder, gefolgt von frischen Zitrusfrüchten und einer leichten erdigen Note von Angelika- und Iriswurzeln.&nbsp;
Zieht man den kupferfarbenen Korken aus der Flasche, eröffnet sich dem Genießer sofort dieses einzigartige Bouquet. Und dann folgt der Twist, der Dry Bene Gin aus der Masse klassischer Gins hervorhebt: eine Melange aus fruchtiger Süße, herben Kräutern, dezenten floralen Noten und einem Touch exotischer Würze.&nbsp;
Man fühlt sich erinnert an einen frühen Morgen in einem Klostergarten, noch liegt Tau dem Grün, die Sonne entsendet ihre ersten wärmenden Strahlen. Man tritt aus dem dunklen, kalten und feuchten Gemäuer des Klosters und vor einem liegt ein von Wacholdersträuchern eingefriedeter Garten, deren ätherischer, öliger Duft schwer in der Luft liegt. Diese Aromenvielfalt wird mit der Würze von Galgant, Kardamom und Muskatnuss abgerundet, die noch lange am Gaumen nachhallt.&nbsp;

The flavor – violet – has long been in the taste. But the eye also wants something. Stefan Everts had been toying with the idea of a new, striking bottle for some time. The ball really started rolling when he sat down with designer Troy Lee. The ten-time world champion, who had already worked with the designer in his career as a motocross racer, asked the American to design a new bottle. Troy Lee came up with the idea of a bottle in the shape of the number 1. A reference to the many first places that Stefan Everts achieved in his richly filled career (ten world titles, 101 GP victories).

“I am very satisfied with the end result,” says Stefan Everts. “This bottle really catches the eye. And I also like the link with my victories. In my career I always wanted to be the best. With my gin too."

Spiced Orange Gin is a distilled triad of oranges accompanied by an orchestra of Asian spices. The blossoms, peel and freshly squeezed juice of sun-drenched Tarocco oranges integrate with the warm, sweet and full-bodied aromas of selected spices. 

The floral perfume of the orange blossoms and the fresh citrus aromas of the orange peel are immediately perceived on the nose. Our D' GIN Red Kirsch reflects the hard working spirit of the region. Of the more than 40,000 orchard fruit trees, many are native cherry trees. People in Swabia give an excessive amount of their precious time to the cherry trees. As a result of this long-standing special dedication, it is not surprising that the harvest is still painstakingly carried out by hand to this day. Anyone who has ever witnessed this memorable harvest season understands the importance of this time-consuming manual work. Here everything is used to the full, not to rationalize the harvesting process, but to maintain the originality and the close connection to nature. In this way, real Swabian orchard cherries give the cherry gin its characteristic note. 

A 500 ml bottle of D' GIN contains fruit and ingredients (botanicals) from the historic Swabian orchards, which transfer the traditional values of fruit growing and the era of master distillers into modern times. The essence of this gin is derived from fruits, herbs and spices that thrive at the foot of the Swabian Alb. The distillation takes place in a copper kettle, which is operated by a regional master distiller and draws on the decades-long distilling tradition of his grandparents and great-grandparents. 

The D' GIN RED Kirsch is made from a total of 13 botanicals (ingredients), with more than 8 of them coming from the fields, orchards and forests of the Swabian Alb. The striking red color of this gin is created by flavoring with the heart of our orchards, namely the locally harvested cherries. In combination with another 12 ingredients, the result is a unique taste of Swabian origin. 

The aroma first reveals a subtle juniper scent, followed by subtle citrus aromas and a hint of cherry. On the palate, the gin is slightly sour and ends gently with refreshing cherry notes. 

Bottled in traditional bottles that honor the character of the beautiful and robust landscape, a cherry gin matures that carries the hard work of the harvest.

A 500 ml bottle of D' GIN contains fruits and ingredients (botanicals) from the traditional Swabian orchards, which transfer the traditional values of fruit growing and the legacy of the master distillers into modern times. The essence of this gin consists of fruits, herbs and spices that thrive at the foot of the Swabian Alb. The distillation takes place in a copper kettle operated by a regional master distiller who draws on decades-old distilling traditions of his grandparents and great-grandparents. &nbsp;
To make this gin we use a total of 12 botanicals (ingredients), more than 8 of which come from the fields, orchards and forests of the Swabian Alb. A strong, old man with dirty hands and nine fingers. That’s pappoús Andreas. A blacksmith from a small village in Greece, called Dadia. Pappoús Andreas was a hunter. Chasing wild boars, hares and deer… he loved it. In spring, pappoús went to the mountains to collect tea. He let it dry for months in his little, old barn. By summer, the whole place smelled like mountain tea.  

As a little boy, I spent the summers with my grandfather. Day after day I wandered around nature’s playground, exploring the mountains. But what I remember most? That smell of Greek mountain tea: minty, citrusy, and fresh. I wanted to capture that scent and memory forever. Because there is no better appetizer than gin, the result is Andreas Gin. My love for pappoús captured in a bottle. 

Characterized by the refined flavor of mountain tea, Andreas Gin is a well-balanced combination of Dutch craft and Greek ingredients. A fresh and spice-forward gin. Besides pappoús’ tea, our gin is distilled with 11 other botanicals and spices, such as cinnamon, clove and liquorice. Comforting flavours that my grandmother loved to use in here kitchen.
